Description :
If you are here you are in trouble with some leakage. unfortunatly this is design problem with plastic box which are not able to resist under more than 1,6 bar pressure.
FYI, normal pressure should be 1.2 /1.3 bar and expansion cap open 1.8/2 bar and some extreme temperature or under hard conditions get this pressure.
DLC suggest to rebuild your raditor for full ALuminium.
Radiator rebuild :
This operation involves only side box replacement (and not any leakage problem on beam)ATTENTION : Based on radiator exchange of the same dimensionnal.
New radiator :
In case of leakage on radiator beam, you can get new one full ALU
32mm et 40mm thickness.
40mm thickness : the best
Even if yours is radiator is 32 mm, 40 mm is possible.
This is the best compromize and no necessary to get higher thickeness due to not efficient.
